Depends on what you're looking for. Most Americans think of Brazil. It's RIO and CRIME. I am from the south. Nothing like the rumors my country receives from over seas.

there are so much to do and remember Brazil is a big country (almost as big as United States) so places are far from each other and there are many things to choose from. Since is your first time I would advise you to go to the most famous place in Brazil: Rio de janeiro. Rio is a beautiful city surronded by buildings, beaches, and mountains. The people are very tanned, women are beautiful, and the city just has a magical "feeling" about it. if you go in February there is the famous Carnaval. It is an unbeliavable experience. Rio is great to spend New Years, the fire work by the beach is amazing too. Northern Brazil: known to have beautiful beaches with white soft sand, clear water, very cheap and great weather. Some places I recomend: Recife, Ceara, Fortaleza, etc... Salvador da Bahia: is a historical city on the northern Brazil. Famous for its unique historical portugues and african influenced buildings and also beautiful beaches. The people there love music and it is the founder of some very unique brazilian rythims such as the Axe, Timbalada, the famous capoeira sport. The most beautiful places: Lencois Maranhenses located all the way in Maranhao (northern most part of Brazil). It is a large area by the ocean that looks like a desert but with high white sands dunes and green water lagoons. It is very unique because you don't find it anywhere else. Also not far from there, you can visit Canoa Quebrada where you can enjoy more dunes and rent a boogie car to drive on the dunes... quiet an experience... My final advise: go to Rio for a few days, take a flight to Maranhao to visit Lencois maranhenses and Cano Quebrada. If you have more time go to Bahia as well (the night life there is very good too). And no matter where you visit in Brazil, be attentive to thieves they can easily still your purpose and your jewelry, so don't wear many. Brazil is not super safe so be aware. Have a wonderful time in Brazil

Nope, Sorry dude. Its not supported in Brazil. Xbox says so. I guess you'll just have to live without it. Which in a sense is not living at all. :-(

If you speak and write very well in Portuguese, you might be a ghost-writer. Very nice career, people here just care about their specific areas and don't have the guts to face a proper English course. When they need to put some ideas in another language... well, that's why I'm studying English, haha!

Judy is right: Petroleum Engineering. Brazil has recently discovered new petroleum pits.

What's the chance of hiring a high qualified professional if he/she does currently live in Brazil? But was born in Brazil, speaks english fluently and wants to relocate... Would you hire someone by only analizing their resume and doing a phone interview?

No Unless you have some body of work, unique in its own way, you aren't getting hired based on your resume. "highly qualified professional" is a broad category. Unless you have for instance, a body of published scientific papers, I don't see it happening.
