If I have US$ 10 bi in U.S.A and I want to live in Brazil, will all my money be changed its currency? Like: dollars to Brazil Real. Will I receive the total value of the changed (say 1 dollar=2.5 Real), so 25,000,000,000,00 Real?

If the USA would permit you left US territory with this amount, Yes. But, today, would be 1 Dollar=2,25 Reais.
