I have Geography homework and I can't find it anywhere on the internet apart from this one site that said: In the two largest cities, Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo, a third of the people, it is said, live in slums. I kind of need the percentage for ALL of Brazil, though if Im Desperate, I will put that above. Thank you. I don't need anymore answers. much appreciated. My Homework is Completed :)

Don't believe in the first answer. That that is a total absurd. Sorry but, you have accepted so quick that seems like if you are just waiting an answer from any citizen of your own country to believe in it. Where 18% of Brazilian population lives in slums? This means almost 34 million. RI-DI-CU-LE!! This guy pictured a slum-nation. The GDP of Brazil is largest than 2 trillion (Canada and Italy, both in G7 , are about the same gross product) and we have million of good houses/apartments for middle class and mansions for high class. How almost 1/5 of population are living in slums? Based on this answer, anybody will imagine Brazil as a typical third World nation. You need more (true) information. You need to know with your own eyes how Brazil is.
