Which country is better to live? Brazil or Spain

Which country is better to live? Brazil or Spain?
When I mean Brazil I mean only Sao Paulo/rio/other developed cities, not out in the jungle or where the poor cities are and all...(why would i go there anyway) Same with Spain, only talking about the popular cities.. Which would be better..

Well......... there are studies measuring Quality of Life, through a combination of relative salaries, health services, crime rates........ Based on that http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quality-of-life_index Spain would be the 10th best country in the world to live, whereas Brazil would be the 39th. If you go by cities, http://www.citymayors.com/features/quality_survey.html Barcelona and Madrid would be 44th and 49th of the world, whereas no Brazilian city would be in the TOP 50
