no banks will loan money to a foreign person, good luck. the interest rates here are very high too, starting at 9% with collateral.

Geena they pray for 9% in Brazil Gee dude I hate it but I doubt a US bank will loan you any significant sum of money....try the netherlands or any european finacial institute

International banks usually charge % based on the local rate . Unless you relocate , you will end up paying the Brazilian rate . Time to get a 2nd job instead of a loan ? ?
