Im not sure if i understand your question buttt... In Mexicos Coastal cities the peoples life is more relaxed and the work atmosphere tends to be more casual......maybe the beach, good weather, etc etc make it happen just like in Miami, Honolulu and Rio de Janeiro. In the Bigger and northern cities the people could be a lil bit formal, and or business oriented. Like in Chicago, Detroit or Sao Paulo in Brazil. Northern states in Mexico (which are dry and have no natural resources) are more developed than those in the south (Excepting the US MEX boarder cities)....some say because the lack of resources the ancient people in the northern states must work harder to be prepared for the dry and winter seasons than those in the south that have everything they need year round.

Because at that time when Japan waged war, some people went to search for other countries that would take them in. Brazil had open doors for the fleeing Japanese citizens.

Back in the early 20th century the Japanese government was encouraging the people to immigrate to the U.S. and South American countries because of its rapidly growing population and food shortage.

I think it was because of WWII. There's also many Japanese in Peru.

In Brazil, more work force was needed at that time because of banning slaves. They wanted immigrants to work at the coffee farms. It was before WW2 Japanese people started imigration to Brazil. The government encouraged them and some people went there hoping to have a better life, dreaming a new place, or they were just thinking they earned some money there then return. But the life was poor and hard, I'm sure many of them regreted their choice.The WW2 began, and many of them didn't have correct information whether Japan won or lost.

There are some extremely nice areas, but you have to have quite a bit of money to enjoy it...and you have to have a thick skin to ignore the desperate poverty just a few blocks away... ...something to think about the next time you hear kids whose parents paid for everything their iPhones and laptop computers whine about "The Rich" in America "destroying the middle class."

Nothing in Brazil for me, so NO. I do not know if it is nice or not. I would much more go to Europe France my home.
